Maggie Menditto is a novelist and playwright based in Brooklyn, NY. She received her MFA in fiction writing from Columbia University. Her debut novel, Household Name, exploring themes of obsession, identity, and influencer culture, will be published by W.W. Norton in May 2027.

In October 2026, her first play, “The Devil You Know”, co-written with collaborators Sophia Gutierrez and Emma Bartley, will make its premiere at HB Playwrights Theatre.

Past publications include short fiction in Same Faces Collective and a personal essay in The New York Times. She publishes on Substack as “Dog Park”.
